Photographer Self

I am a recent graduate of the University of Washington, Seattle. At the UW I studied architecture, design, photography, and art. I worked on campus all four years and was a Design Intern at InForm Interiors in the summer of 2011.

My design work is heavily influenced by my childhood on San Juan Island and an appreciation for natural materials. In my work, I use digital methods as well as hand-wrought techniques like analog photography, hand drawing, and painting.

For analog photography I shoot with a Pentax Honeywell Spotmatic II on Black and White or Color Film and either hand develop and enlarge or digitally enlarge prints. For my digital photography I have used a number of cameras but currently use a Nikon D5000.

I currently live in Seattle, Washington. Please use email - it is the best way to reach me for more samples of my work or to say hello. I look forward to hearing from you!
